truck bodies have enabled an extra 500kg payload over standard  body systems (based on Monomaster body fitted to Isuzu NPR250M Demonstrator)

panels are lightweight weighting 4.5kg per m2 compared with 21mm plyglass which weighs 13kg per m2

We are currently using the panel for doors and rear walls on our trailers and front walls of our truck bodies.

panels are highly shock resistant, water tight with no moisture absorption and resistant to a wide range of chemicals.

panels are easy to repair and are 100% recyclable.

 

 is a thermoplastic sandwich panel, consisting of polypropylene honeycomb and fibreglass reinforced polypropylene  faced sheets, which are homogeneously joined together by a lamination/melting process.
